Never buy a new iPod. Apple sells "refurbished" ones for so much cheaper. They come with the same exact warranty, brand new casings and batteries, and are fully tested. You really can't go wrong. I try to buy refurbished ones unless the one I want is too new and I just can't wait. My cousin just got one of these a few days ago. You'd never know it was refurbished. Apple really uses that term loosely anyway. Right now, they are having a special sale on the refurbished Nanos. You save $50 when compared to the price of a new one. Shipping is free.
